If your experience didn’t meet expectation, or we did something different to what we said we would, please tell us about it.
Every complaint is taken seriously and we will handle them with the strictest of confidentiality. Neither will a complaint have a negative impact on the way we support or accommodate our customers.
All complaints are investigated fully and we aim to respond within 14 working days, where possible. When we cannot meet our target, we will communicate with the person raising the complaint to keep them update.
