Working to end homelessness in Telford
Since 2006, Maninplace has been providing accommodation and support to individuals who have become homeless or faced the trauma of having to rough sleep.
Working alongside local partners, support providers and the Local Authority, Maninplace has assisted over 3.500 poeple to find a pathway from surviving to thriving and ending a need for them to be exposed to the dangers of sleeping rough on our streets.
We deliver services offering emergency night-by-night accommodation, temporary housing, assisted living provision, and longer-term homes for those who have transitioned from times of desperate need to a positive rebuild of their lives.
At the centre of all we do, is the person in need, their desire for a home of their own and to fulfil some of their personal aspirations.

How to get involved
Give a financial gift
Financial donations help us offer additional services and activities to our customers, offering greater opportunities and life enrichment.
Donate food
Many people in need of emergency accommodation will not have eaten a substantial meal for a while, but you can help meet that need.
Donate a bedset
Asking for help in time of desperate need will be a challenge for some. Arriving with little possession can be turned around by the gift of a bedding set.
Building community and hope
Each of our accommodation schemes are micro-coomunities that aim to provide opportunities for people to recover, express, share and grow.
Our team of staff are on hand to learn about the journey of individuals escaping the traumas of homelessness. Working alongside them, they will help identify housing desires, short-term objectives, personal aspirations and life goals.
